Independence, delivered to your door.

Monarch Mobility is a woman-owned ride service for the appointments that can't be missed and the riders other companies pass by. From your front door to the waiting-room chair — on time, unhurried, and with a driver who treats you like family.

Why Monarch Exists

We take the rides other services turn down.

Most transportation companies chase the easy routes. Monarch Mobility was built for everyone else — the riders told "you're out of our area," the appointments that fall between the cracks, and the people who need a steady arm, not just a car at the curb.

Because we're a true owner-operator, the person who answers the phone is the person who drives the car. No call centers. No no-shows shrugged off by a dispatcher. Your ride matters to us, because your ride is our business.

"Out of route"? Not to us.

Live at the edge of the metro, down a gravel road, or past the paratransit boundary? We'll come get you.

Help from door through door.

We don't honk from the driveway. We walk with you — out of the house, into the building, all the way to check-in.

Standing schedules, kept.

Dialysis three times a week? Therapy every Tuesday? Your seat is reserved, and your return ride is never an afterthought.

Riders programs won't cover.

Can't drive, but don't qualify for assistance rides? Through our nonprofit partnership, we help close that gap too.

What We Do

Every ride, tailored to how much help you want.

Tell us what you need once — we'll remember it every ride after that.

Door-Through-Door

Our signature service. We come to your door, help with coats, locks, and steps, walk beside you to the vehicle, and escort you all the way inside to check-in — then do it all again on the way home.

Most popular

Curb-to-Curb

Prefer to handle things yourself? We'll be waiting at your curb at the agreed time — a clean, comfortable car and a friendly face — and drop you right at the entrance.

Standing Dialysis Routes

Reserved weekly seats for dialysis patients, with your treatment days locked into our schedule first. Your return pickup is a promise, not a maybe. Individuals and clinics welcome.

Weekly reserved seats

Medical Appointments

Doctor visits, physical therapy, imaging, dental work, eye exams, post-procedure pickups when you can't drive yourself — scheduled around your appointment time, with cushion built in.

Long-Distance & Specialty Trips

Specialist in Oklahoma City? A VA appointment two counties away? With 400,000 professional miles behind the wheel, distance is where we're most at home.

Everyday Errands

Groceries, the pharmacy, the bank, church, a grandchild's ballgame. Not every important trip is medical — if it matters to you, it's worth a reliable ride.

Dialysis Transportation

Treatment three times a week deserves a ride you never have to think about.

Dialysis doesn't take days off, and neither does your transportation. Monarch builds its weekly schedule around standing dialysis patients first — your treatment chair time anchors our calendar, and everything else fits around you.

The same driver, every treatment. Kristin learns your routine, your clinic, your good days and hard ones.
Guaranteed return pickups. Post-treatment rides are pinned to our schedule — we never book anything that could leave you waiting after a session.
Gentle, unhurried help. Door-through-door escort on the days you're tired, and a warm car waiting in every season.
Clinics & social workers: we're glad to coordinate directly with your facility on standing patient schedules.

How a standing route works

One phone call sets up your whole treatment schedule. Here's what a typical week looks like:

Your Driver & Owner

Meet Kristin Young.

Kristin has spent the last ten years driving for a living — more than 40,000 miles a year, over 400,000 miles in all, through every kind of Oklahoma weather, with a clean record to show for it. Now she's putting all of that road time to work for her own community.

"Anyone can give you a ride. I want to give you your day back — your appointments, your errands, your independence. When you ride with me, you're not a fare. You're my neighbor."

People warm to Kristin the moment they meet her — she's sharp, kind, endlessly patient, and she remembers the little things: which door you like to use, how you take your coffee, that your appointment always runs long on Thursdays. She started Monarch Mobility because she believes the people who can't drive deserve better than being an afterthought on someone else's route.

Nobody should be stranded by a technicality.

There's a gap in transportation nobody talks about: people whose vision or health means they can't safely drive, but who don't qualify for paratransit, Medicaid rides, or blind services. They fall through every crack in the system.

Monarch Mobility × The DriveAble Foundation

Monarch Mobility works hand-in-hand with The DriveAble Foundation, a Sand Springs nonprofit whose mission is "Driving Low Vision Forward" — connecting adults who can't drive due to vision loss or medical conditions with rides no other program will provide.

Using the foundation's smart dispatch platform, paid rides and donated rides share the same schedule — so every mile Monarch drives helps fund and deliver free rides for neighbors who'd otherwise be stuck at home. Book with Monarch, and you're part of that.

Think you might qualify for assisted rides? Call us at (918) 500-0200 and we'll point you in the right direction — no runaround.

Booking Is Simple

Three steps between you and your ride.

1

Call or request online

Call (918) 500-0200 or use the form below. Tell us where, when, and how much help you'd like — that's it.

2

Get a straight answer

You'll get a clear yes, a firm pickup time, and a plain-spoken price. No apps to learn, no surge pricing, no fine print.

3

Ride like family

A clean, comfortable car and a driver who knows your name. We're early, you're relaxed, and your return trip is already planned.

Your Ride

A car you'll actually be comfortable in.

No stripped-out van, no vinyl bench, no six other stops before yours. Monarch runs a clean, private SUV — and it's kept ready for the people riding in it.

Easy in, easy out. An SUV step-in height that's kinder to knees, hips, and backs than a low sedan.
Room for what you bring. Folding wheelchairs, walkers, canes, oxygen, and grocery bags all fit — at no extra charge.
All-wheel drive for Oklahoma. Ice storms and downpours don't cancel dialysis, so they don't cancel your ride either.
Warm in winter, cool in summer. The car is already at temperature when we pull up — especially on treatment days.

Where We Drive

Based in Sand Springs. At home all over the metro.

Monarch Mobility serves the entire greater Tulsa metropolitan area — and unlike most services, the edges of the map are our specialty, not our excuse.

Outside these cities? Call anyway. Rural addresses, unincorporated areas, and long-distance medical trips are exactly the rides we built this company for.

Good Questions

Everything you'd want to ask first.

What kind of vehicle will pick me up?
A clean, comfortable, well-maintained private car — never a crowded van making six other stops. Monarch provides ambulatory transportation: if you can transfer into a regular car seat (with as much help from us as you'd like), we've got you. Folding wheelchairs, walkers, canes, and oxygen concentrators ride free in the trunk.
How much does a ride cost?
You'll get a simple, flat, plain-spoken quote before you book — based on distance and the level of assistance you'd like. No meters, no surge pricing, no surprises. Standing weekly routes (like dialysis) get our best rates. Call (918) 500-0200 and we'll quote your trip in one conversation.
Do you work with clinics, facilities, and case workers?
Yes — happily. Dialysis clinics, senior living communities, discharge planners, and social workers can call us directly to set up standing schedules or one-time trips for their patients. We show up on time, communicate clearly, and treat your patients the way you wish every transport company would.
I can't drive, but I don't qualify for any ride programs. Can you help?
This is exactly why Monarch exists. Through our partnership with The DriveAble Foundation, we serve riders whose vision or medical conditions keep them from driving but who fall outside paratransit, Medicaid rides, and blind services. Call us — we'll talk through your situation honestly and find a way to get you moving.
How far ahead should I book?
A day or two ahead is ideal, and standing weekly schedules can be set up once and forgotten. That said — life happens. If you're in a bind today, call. If we can get to you, we will.
Do you only do medical rides?
No — and that's on purpose. Groceries, hair appointments, church, family visits, the pharmacy: independence isn't only about doctors' offices. If the trip matters to you, it's a Monarch trip.
